Hot glue gun for super pliable sealing wax sticks

The TaBo low temperature wax sticks glue gun works with sealing wax sticks (non-wick), melting the wax at the correct temperature so that it doesn't burn or come out too quickly. It works perfectly with our Super Pliable Sealing Wax Sticks. If you have a lot of seals to stamp, a hot glue gun is a necessity! Full size low temperature glue guns are ideal for imprinting wax seals on wedding invitations, personal correspondence and wine or other bottles. Low temperature is key for bonding delicate materials such as wax, lace, foil ribbon, floral foam and lightweight fabrics. Do not use it with wax beads.

Using a low temperature wax sticks glue gun

Plug in the cord for power and unplug immediately after use. There is a metal flip stand so you can safely store the glue gun while in use. Insert your wax stick into the chamber, then pull the trigger to advance the wax.

Cooling Your Wax Seal

If you’re using a glue gun to apply several wax seals at a time, your metal seal will get increasingly hot. To cool your seal down between imprints, keep an ice-pack or some ice in a bowl by your side. If you don’t cool your seal down, it won’t come away cleanly from the wax, leaving a messy imprint.
